At Red Finch Media/Red Finch Group we offer smart innovative audio and communication products to enable and enhance solutions for the home, business and mobile environments. Our goal is to extend the life of already available technology and equipment providing our customers value and savings. 

Our priority is Customer Service.  It is fundamental that we help our customers solve their problem and find a suitable solution.

This  emphasis on customer service is part of our heritage and our roots. My father, "Des" Coyle founded Red Finch Batteries in the late 1970's.  From his retail shop located in Kensington, Liverpool, UK, he supplied car batteries and accessories to the local community. Critical to his success and longevity was his 7 days a week commitment to serving this community. He would test, maintain and charge batteries for his customers and respond to many car starting emergencies as well as being there for that critical part no matter how small.
